TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene as needed, and work with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

No prior autonomous vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Competenze

• Valid European driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Mansioni

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the performance of the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle whenever required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe and consistent vehicle operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Verify vehicle condition and report any damage or maintenance concerns to relevant teams.
• Record disengagements and observations using company reporting tools.
• Provide clear feedback on vehicle behavior, traffic conditions, and unusual scenarios.
