TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when necessary, and ensure adherence to procedures and safety standards.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide extensive training on driving systems, procedures, and safety protocols. The role offers opportunities to work with advanced AV technologies across multiple European cities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid European driver's license.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Mansioni

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi operations.
• Continuously supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete assigned routes while adhering to local traffic laws and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Report any vehicle damage or abnormal behavior to depot/technical teams.
• Record disengagements and feedback using company tools.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
