TSMG is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to support maintenance, diagnostics, and operations for electric and autonomous fleets across Europe. You will collaborate with AV operations leads, depot teams, safety officers, and engineering to maximize vehicle uptime and safety in robotaxi deployments.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Experience with EV diagnostics and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• English: Upper-Intermediate.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Diagnose, repair, and validate vehicle systems and components.
• Work with high-voltage safety procedures during diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms and ADAS hardware.
• Update vehicle software and verify post-repair functionality.
• Lead on shift and mentor junior technicians.
