TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

No AV experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training on driving systems and safety protocols. Successful candidates will work with engineering and operations teams, maintain professionalism with the public, and participate in ongoing safety

Competenze

European driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks.
Minimum 5 years driving experience with strong situational awareness.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
Good communication and concise reporting skills, and English at upper-intermediate level.

Mansioni

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and ride-hailing operations.
Maintain awareness of traffic and environmental conditions; take manual control when needed.
Perform pre/post-trip checks and report any issues to depot/engineering teams.
Record incidents and provide structured feedback to improve AV systems.
