TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches across Europe. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep fleets safe, available, and deployment-ready.

You will drive KPI performance, manage 24/7 shift teams, and partner with engineering, product, and fleet management to scale

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in fleet/operational environments (mobility, logistics, automotive).
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Fluent English.

Mansioni

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are deployment-ready for testing, commercial use, and ride-hailing.
Monitor fleet utilisation, availability, charging, and readiness.
Coordinate dispatch and returns to maximise fleet efficiency.
Oversee depot activities, safety, maintenance, and readiness for launches.
Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff; schedule 24/7 shifts.
Act as primary contact for stakeholders and prepare KPI reports.
