TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration and readiness of self-driving systems in autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe.

You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and engineers to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure SDS components are installed, calibrated, and validated for testing and deployment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems or advanced hardware.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and technical workflows.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting autonomous vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Conduct calibration and verification of cameras, LiDAR, radar, GNSS, and related hardware.
• Provide on-site SME support, document findings, and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards.
