TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across Europe. No prior AV experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

You will monitor vehicle behavior, adhere to procedures, and intervene safely as needed, working with engineering and depot teams. Applicants should hold a valid European driver’s license, have at least five years of driving experience, and possess excellent situational awareness.

Competenze

• Valid European driver's license
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV) and drug/alcohol screening
• Excellent situational awareness and reporting skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Mansioni

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and fleet operations
• Monitor self-driving system performance and traffic conditions
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols
• Complete routes while complying with local laws and procedures
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operations
