TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of SDS in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will collaborate with technical and operations teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe testing and deployment.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware and software work, calibration workflows, and adherence to safety procedures in a depot/technical operations environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Fluent English and strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and technical workflows.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Conduct calibration and validation for sensors and self-driving components.
• Provide on-site engineering and operations support and document findings clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibrations.
