Job summary

MSX International in Rome is seeking a Warranty Specialist to review and assess warranty claims per company policies and procedures. You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and track responses in a database. Communicate with dealers and Brand Management to address evaluations and amendments.

The role requires knowledge of warranty terms, mechanical/electronic diagnostics, and strong interpersonal skills in Italian and English. Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases?

MSX is looking for a proactive Warranty Specialist to join our team in Rome.

The main purpose of the role is to review and assess all warranty claims according to Our Customer policies and technical procedures. You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and determine appropriate warranty responses, which are tracked in a database. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coding accuracy, ensuring repairs comply with reported faults and brand standards, and addressing dealer and workshop inquiries via email and phone. You will correspond professionally with dealers and Brand Management regarding claim evaluations and amendments.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage day by day warranty claims and/or pre-approval according with daily workload;
• Verify warranty policies and procedures application;
• Check claims integrity;
• Check claims correctness according with Customer systems;
• Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
• Communicate with Customer about cases in analysis;
• KPI results reporting.
