MSX International, a global automotive solutions provider, is seeking a proactive Warranty Assessor to join our Rome team. You will review and assess warranty claims according to customer policies and technical procedures, ensuring proper allocations and timely responses.

The role requires proficiency in Italian and English, strong diagnostic knowledge, and excellent communication with dealers and Brand Management. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm, in Rome.

Are you an automotive fan? Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases? MSX is looking for a proactive Warranty Assessor to join our team in Rome. The main purpose of the role is to review and assess all warranty claims according to Our Customer policies and technical procedures. You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and determine appropriate warranty responses, which are tracked in a database. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coding accuracy, ensuring repairs comply with reported faults and brand standards, and addressing dealer and workshop inquiries via email and phone. You will correspond professionally with dealers and Brand Management regarding claim evaluations and amendments.
