MSX is seeking a proactive Warranty Assessor to join our team in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on managing warranty claims, verifying policies, and ensuring accuracy across customer systems, with daily collaboration across functions.

The candidate should be proficient in Italian and English, have a technical automotive background, and demonstrate initiative and teamwork to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases?

MSX is looking for a proactive Warranty Assessor to join our team in Rome.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage day by day warranty claims and/or pre-approval according with daily workload;
• Verify warrantypolicies and procedures application;
• Check claims integrity;
• Check claims correctness according with Customer systems;
• Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
• Communicate with Customer about cases in analysis;
• KPI results reporting

Working pattern:

• Location: Rome
• Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
