MSX International in Rome, Italy, is seeking a motivated Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a hybrid working model.

You will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, resolving vehicle-related issues and ensuring high service levels. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, fluent Italian and good English (B2+), and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems.
