MSX International in Rome, Italy, is seeking a motivated Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a hybrid working model.

You will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, resolving vehicle-related issues and ensuring high service levels. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, fluent Italian and good English (B2+), and strong communication skills.

MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team.

As a Technical Helpdesk Agent, you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues
Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
Collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders
Supporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practices
Maintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
Participating in technical training and continuous learning activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

You will also have:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
Fluent Italian and good English language skills (B2 level or above)
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and internal combustion engines
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in automotive technical support, workshop environments, or aftersales activities is an advantage
Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
