LINKTOUR Automotive seeks an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the entire Italian dealer network. You will be the technical backbone for local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote and on-site troubleshooting, and managing technical upgrade campaigns.

You will collect and escalate vehicle quality defects, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, and help improve workshop repair capability and service quality across brands.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships.
• Fluent English for global team communication.
• Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships; brands including Fiat, Citroën, VW, Toyota, Hyundai, Skoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT are highly preferred.
• Fluent English for global team communication.
• Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors.
