Job summary

Soho House Rome is seeking an outstanding Assistant F&B Manager to oversee the smooth running of the F&B outlets and ensure exemplary service. You’ll lead a first-class team, build strong relationships with members and guests, and uphold Soho House standards across all menus and offerings.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support events, and drive revenue while maintaining compliance with HACCP and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or similar role.
• Extensive F&B knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes for customers and staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent customer service.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Organized and reliable.
• Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and events of the Outlets according to company standards.
• Hands-on collaboration with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, nurture and develop the F&B team and staff retention.
• Create genuine connections with members to deliver the home away from home experience.
• Support the F&B Manager in managing revenue, costs and targets to drive profitability.
• Support the F&B Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and other legislative regulations.
