Job summary

Soho House Rome is seeking an outstanding Assistant F&B Manager to oversee the smooth running of the F&B outlets, delivering exemplary service and leading a first-class team. You will build relationships with members and guests, ensuring consistent, high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

As an ambassador for the Soho House brand, you will manage day-to-day operations, events, and staff, driving revenue and maintaining rigorous standards while fostering a welcoming,

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or similar role.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service.
Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
Organized and reliable.
Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation and events of the Outlets according to company standards.
Work hands-on with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Recruit, nurture and develop the F&B Team and ensure staff retention.
Create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.
Support the F&B Manager in managing all aspects of revenue, revenue opportunity and costs to ensure profitability and achieving business targets.
Support the F&B Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company, HACCP and other regulatory regulations.

The Role…

We are currently looking for an outstanding Assistant F&B Manager to oversee the smooth running of the F&B outlet operations whilst delivering exemplary service. You’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be part of leading a first-class team and growing the business. You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability to build relationships with members and guests alike. Having previous experience in a similar role, you will understand how to deliver quality service, working at pace, with a positive and engaging personality.

As Assistant F&B Manager of Soho House Rome, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept including all menus and food & beverage offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards our managers, employees and guests, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the F&B outlets, any associated events, including the member and guest experience.

As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
