Job summary

Soho House Rome is seeking an outstanding Assistant F&B Manager to oversee the smooth running of the F&B outlets and ensure exemplary service. You’ll lead a first-class team, build strong relationships with members and guests, and uphold Soho House standards across all menus and offerings.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support events, and drive revenue while maintaining compliance with HACCP and company regulations.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or similar role.
Extensive F&B knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes for customers and staff.
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros.
Strong attention to details.
Excellent customer service.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
Organized and reliable.
Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operation and events of the Outlets according to company standards.
Hands-on collaboration with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Recruit, nurture and develop the F&B team and staff retention.
Create genuine connections with members to deliver the home away from home experience.
Support the F&B Manager in managing revenue, costs and targets to drive profitability.
Support the F&B Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and other legislative regulations.

The Role…

We are currently looking for an outstanding Assistant F&B Manager to oversee the smooth running of the F&B outlet operations whilst delivering exemplary service.

You’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be part of leading a first-class team and growing the business. You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability to build relationships with members and guests alike. Having previous experience in a similar role, you will understand how to deliver quality service, working at pace, with a positive and engaging personality.

As Assistant F&B Manager of Soho House Rome, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept including all menus and food & beverage offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards our managers, employees and guests, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the F&B outlets, any associated events, including the member and guest experience.

As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Main Duties…

Manage the day to day operation and events of the Outlets according to company standards.

What We Are Looking For…

Proven work experience as a Assistant F&B Manager or similar role.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros
Strong attention to details
Excellent customer service
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
Organized and reliable
Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
