• Experience as Assistant F&B Manager or in a similar role.
• Extensive F&B knowledge and ability to recall ingredients/dishes for guests.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Micros).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to build relationships within a diverse team.
