Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our Italian operational sites.

In this hands-on role, you’ll drive safety, productivity and customer service while balancing daily operational tasks. You’ll analyze performance, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes, focusing on delivering consistent results in a dynamic logistics environment.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
