Gridspertise s.r.l. cerca un AMS Service Manager per coordinare i servizi AMS nel settore Smart Metering/Smart Grid, con base a Milano.

La posizione richiede 10+ anni di esperienza e responsabilità su gestione SLA e relazioni con clienti internazionali. Offerta: contratto a tempo determinato di 2 anni con possibile passaggio a tempo indeterminato, stipendio annuo tra 55.000 e 80.000 EUR, smart working e welfare aziendale.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica/Elettronica/Automazione richiesta o equivalente.
• Comprovata esperienza in AMS e gestione di servizi complessi nel settore utilities.

Responsibilities

• Gestire servizi AMS nel settore Smart Metering/Smart Grid per clienti nazionali e internazionali.
• Supervisionare primo/secondo livello di supporto e interfacciarsi con AMS di terzo livello per interventi correttivi/di miglioramento.
• Gestire processi di ticketing, SLA/KPI, escalations, reportistica e comunicazioni con i clienti.
• Coordinate attività operative, troubleshooting, configurazioni e interventi in releases/UAT.
• Interfacciarsi con team di prodotto, sviluppo e software factory per interventi correttivi e richieste di cambiamento.
