Job summary

Gridspertise s.r.l. è alla ricerca di un Client Manager per guidare la gestione di contratti e progetti nel settore energetico. Il ruolo prevede contatto diretto con i clienti, coordinamento di delivery e interno supporto tecnico per garantire consegna conforme a KPI e SLA.

La posizione è a Roma con contratto di 2 anni, possibilità di passaggio a tempo indeterminato. Richiesto viaggiare fino al 50% (Turkmenistan) e inglese fluente; esperienze in logistica e supply chain saranno valorizzate.

Qualifications

• Esperienza in gestione di progetti o contratti nel settore energetico/utility.
• Proven experience nella gestione economica di contratti, rischi e contenziosi.
• Conoscenza logistica e supply chain per rollout hardware.
• Ottima gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholder e leadership.

Responsibilities

• Agire da punto di contatto principale per i clienti e consigliere di fiducia per il progetto Turkmenistan.
• Guidare l’implementazione e la gestione continua del Client Delivery Plan.
• Coordinare team interni (soluzioni, manufacturing, system integration, supporto tecnico) per garantire consegna conforme a KPI e SLA.
• Monitorare performance contrattuale e budget, azionando correttivamente dove necessario.
• Gestire conformità contrattuale, change control e processi di variazione.
