About the Role

Tinental is looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to join our R&D team through a curricular or extracurricular internship. You’ll work on computer vision and machine learning systems behind our IoT and energy efficiency solutions, turning cutting‑edge AI research into practical industrial applications.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in model development, experimentation, and applied AI in a real‑world industrial setting. You’ll work on Tinental Agents, a strategic initiative building an ecosystem of AI agents that automate workflows, support decision‑making, and enhance both internal operations and the Caleno (Web App) platform. The project begins with focused AI agents and scales toward a coordinated system managed by a central orchestrator, forming the foundation of Tinental’s next generation of AI‑driven services.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and manage datasets with computer vision techniques
  • Test and improve neural network architectures
  • Train, fine‑tune, and optimise AI models
  • Explore emerging AI technologies
  • Document experiments and workflows
  • Computer Vision & Machine Learning fundamentals
  • GitHub (versioning) and ClickUp (documentation & task tracking)
  • Nice to have: Generative models, LLMs, GPU management
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Strong interest in applied AI, IoT, and industrial innovation
  • Basic understanding of Python, neural networks, and training pipelines
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a hands‑on environment
