Job summary

Sirion is an AI-powered e-commerce agency based in Milan recruiting an E-commerce Client Lead. You will own client relationships, drive store performance across storefronts, CRM and paid media, and manage a team of AI agents that execute tasks around the clock.

You will brief and oversee agents, set priorities, and present results to clients monthly. A background in e-commerce or performance marketing, fluency in Italian and English, and a Milan-based location are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce, CRM or performance marketing, in-house or in an agency.
• You have owned results, not just tasks: a store’s revenue, a newsletter calendar, an ad budget.
• You read net sales, sell-through, returns and ROAS, and turn them into a decision.
• You have worked directly with clients or senior stakeholders, and you are at ease in front of a CEO.
• Native Italian and fluent English. Based in Milan.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with e-commerce and marketing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Google Ads.
• Nice to have: you have run your own online store, for example on Shopify.

Responsibilities

• You run 10+ clients and own the results of their .com: store, CRM and paid media.
• You brief AI agents, review outputs, coordinate them and bring the result to the client.
• You set the priorities, you decide what goes live, and every month you answer for the numbers.
• Lead a team of 5 AI agents who monitor data and suggest what to do next.
