Job summary

ARAD is seeking a Senior Marketplace Consultant to join our Milan or Bologna team, bringing 2–3 years in marketplace management, e-commerce or digital retail consulting. You will own marketplace strategy end-to-end, from partner relations to platform launches and performance analysis.

You will work with senior consultants and clients on multi‑channel initiatives, leveraging data science approaches and AI-enabled solutions to drive commercial results and operational excellence across geographies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of marketplace, e‑commerce or channel management experience.
• Proven experience managing international marketplace platforms.
• Strong analytical and data‑science mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Excellent Italian and English communication.
• Based in Bologna or willing to relocate, hybrid work.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Familiar with OMS, PIM, web analytics and BI tools.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Excel for data insights.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace strategy and management across platforms and geographies.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners.
• Lead launches of new platforms and markets.
• Drive business development of new opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, pricing.
