Job summary

Bonatti is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Commercial Department, supporting the Commercial Director in planning and coordinating strategic and transformation initiatives with a focus on digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence. The role combines project management with identifying and implementing AI-related initiatives to improve commercial processes and business performance.

Travel to South America and other Bonatti regions may be required, with 1–2 days of smart

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Management or related field.
1 year of experience in management consulting or PMO/transformation roles within an international organization; exposure to transformation projects or AI initiatives is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; fluent in Italian and English; additional Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic and transformation projects within the Commercial function, coordinating stakeholders and monitoring milestones and issues.
Identify digital and AI use cases, gather needs, build business cases and prioritize initiatives.
Monitor initiatives, track delivery and provide progress updates to senior management.
Provide PMO reporting and support AI adoption through knowledge-sharing sessions.
