BCG Platinion is seeking a technology and engineering professional to shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, balancing strategy with hands-on tech delivery.

You will lead project teams, apply agile methods, and design IT architectures for enterprise solutions, including AI, cyber resilience, and modern software development.

Excellent communication in Italian and English, with travel willingness, and a degree in CS or informatics are expected.

Competenze

• Degree in CS or related field with strong grades.
• At least five years of IT consulting experience.
• Experience leading project teams of 3+ people.
• Familiarity with AI, cyber resilience and DevOps concepts.
