Idira is seeking a Sales Specialist to grow our Agentic Identity Security business across Italy. You will partner with regional sales teams to build executive-level relationships and drive revenue through complex security solutions.

You will align technology choices with business outcomes, collaborate with engineering, professional services, and channel partners, and travel about 40% to engage customers in target accounts.

Competenze

• 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling security solutions and working with channel partners.
• Proven ability to engage CIOs/CISOs and influence strategic conversations.
• Willingness to travel ~40% across Italy.

Mansioni

• Manage executive- and decision-maker relationships within target accounts to meet regional sales quotas and drive revenue.
• Develop and present compelling business cases including cost, benefits, and risk drivers.
• Collaborate with solutions engineers, services teams and channel partners to map architecture to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure product adoption and realized value for customers.
• Penetrate new accounts by working with resellers, system integrators and channel partners across the geography.
