Idira is seeking a Sales Specialist to grow our Agentic Identity Security business across Italy. You will partner with regional sales teams to build executive-level relationships and drive revenue through complex security solutions.

You will align technology choices with business outcomes, collaborate with engineering, professional services, and channel partners, and travel about 40% to engage customers in target accounts.

As a Sales Specialist for Idira, you help grow our Agentic Identity Security business across Italy. You will work with a regional sales team to build executive-level relationships and drive revenue through complex security solutions. You will align technology choices with customer outcomes and collaborate across engineering, professional services, and channel partners. This role offers impact in a fast-growing security business and opportunities to influence strategic customer conversations. You will thrive in a high-growth environment and help shape the regional go-to-market approach.

• Manage executive- and decision-maker-level relationships within target accounts to meet regional sales quotas for Idira’s Secrets Management and Agentic Identity solutions.
• Develop and present compelling business cases, including cost, benefits, and risk drivers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, solutions engineers, and services teams to map architecture to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure product adoption and realized value for customers.
• Work with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend reach in the assigned geography.
• 5+ years of field sales experience focusing on enterprise accounts; overlay sales experience is a bonus.
• Extensive platform selling in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep knowledge of Identity Security, Secrets Management, WIM, DevOps Security; familiarity with on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Proven relationships with CIOs and CISOs and ability to influence strategic conversations.
• Experience with complex solution sales methodologies and channel-centric GTM strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup context and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
