GWM Italia seeks to build and run the technical, training and warranty function and team, reporting to the head of the aftersales and spare-parts department.

You will lead the construction of technical management, training, warranty and claim processes, and build the KPI framework for the technical quality team and service stations across Europe. The role also involves designing and implementing training plans, setting up training classes and steering warranty planning for dealers.

Competenze

• Fluent English and Italian.
• Experience in OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.

Mansioni

• Construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building.
• Technical support and quality system and warranty system construction.
• Formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations.
• Implementation of technical quality business plan.
• Formulation and implementation of training plans.
• Setting up the training classes.
• KPI development of warranty team.
• Warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers.
• Undertake related tasks of the department.
