MG Motor Italy is seeking two highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Regional Managers to join the MG Italy aftersales team. You will manage and develop aftersales activities within your assigned geographical area (North or South Italy), aiming for high customer satisfaction, sustainable financial performance, and adherence to brand standards across dealers and authorized repairers.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in aftersales.
• Strong ability to analyze data and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Oversee and develop the network of dealers and authorized workshops.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards (quality, processes, brand image).
• Support dealers in developing the aftersales business (service, parts, accessories).
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as parts and labor margin.
• Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business parts.
