Job summary

Joivy is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Italy to manage supplier invoices, payments, and month-end closings. You will collaborate with auditors and tax advisors while supporting cross-entity administrative processes.

A degree in economics or accounting plus 2–4 years of experience is preferred. The role offers a permanent contract with 2 days of remote work per week and a gross annual salary between 28,000€ and 32,000€, plus a performance-based bonus and dynamic international

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in economics, accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Italian VAT rules and invoicing processes.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets.
• Good command of English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable from document verification to posting.
• Prepare supplier payments and reconcile entries.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accruals and deferrals.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams.
• Align administrative processes across Joivy's international entities.
