Job summary

Joivy, Europe’s first residential ecosystem, is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will manage supplier invoices, verify documents, and keep accurate records across our international entities, including France and Spain.

You should have 2–4 years in accounting, knowledge of Italian VAT and e-invoicing, excellent Excel skills, and English at least B2/C1. The role offers a permanent contract and remote work two days per week in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or an accounting diploma with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years in accounting and administration, focusing on accounts payable.
• Know Italian VAT rules, e‑invoicing, and key tax compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable from document verification to posting.
• Manage supplier payment schedules, prepare payments, reconcile entries.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities including accruals and deferrals.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal business functions.
• Coordinate administrative processes across France and Spain subsidiaries.
• Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects.
