Job summary

Exor International Spa is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounts payable team during maternity leave. You will ensure proper invoicing and adherence to payment deadlines, contributing to the accuracy of supplier accounts.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, English proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with full-time hours Monday to Friday in Verona area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting, double-entry bookkeeping, and Italian accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register EU, non-EU, and Italian invoices.
• Support year-end accounting processes.
• Generate supplementary/self-invoices.
• Handle customs import procedures.
• Record goods in transit (purchases).
• Manage expense reports and related accounting.
• Verify document accuracy and archive records.
