Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze invites passionate hospitality students and graduates to join a 6-month, full-time internship across key departments in Florence. You will learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience delivering luxury guest service.

You will receive a €600 monthly internship allowance, training opportunities, complimentary meals during shifts, a provided uniform, and exclusive employee discounts with local partners. Start dates begin February 2027.

Through our 6-month internship program, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience, learn from experienced hospitality professionals, and discover what it means to deliver exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

What you will do

Through our Internship Program, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience in luxury hospitality while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and inspiring environment. Depending on your area of interest, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading luxury hotels in the following departments:

• Commercial (Events) – Start date: February 2027 | English & Italian required
• Commercial (Revenue) – Start date: February 2027 | English required
• Culinary (Kitchen, Pastry & Hygiene) – Start date: March 2027 | English required
• Food & Beverage Service – Start date: March 2027 | English required
• Finance (Purchasing) – Start date: March 2027 | English & Italian required
• Rooms Division (Guest Experience, Housekeeping & Lobby Ambassador) – Start date: March 2027 | English & Italian required

What you bring

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and Italian, depending on the internship applied for (see requirements above).
• Legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Ability to enter into a full-time, 6-month internship program
