Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze invites passionate hospitality students and graduates to join a 6-month, full-time internship across key departments in Florence. You will learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience delivering luxury guest service.

You will receive a €600 monthly internship allowance, training opportunities, complimentary meals during shifts, a provided uniform, and exclusive employee discounts with local partners. Start dates begin February 2027.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and Italian as per internship requirements.
• Legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Ability to enter into a full-time, 6-month internship program.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality while working with experienced professionals.
• Participate in multiple departments: Events, Revenue, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Purchasing, Rooms.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.
