A leading technology services company is seeking a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master for their Data Engineering team in Hyderabad. You will drive the delivery of data-intensive projects, manage agile teams, and ensure collaboration among stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong background in agile methodologies and project management, along with knowledge of data engineering principles and Azure. You will be responsible for leading agile teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Agile Leadership: Work closely with Data Product owner.
- Lead and coach agile teams, including data engineers, designers, and analysts.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL, ELT processes, and data warehousing.
