As a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master for our Data Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of data-intensive projects.

You will be responsible for leading agile teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Work closely with Data Product owner.
• Lead and coach agile teams, including data engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Nice to have expertise:

• Understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL, ELT processes, and data warehousing.
• Understanding of Azure
