The Assistant Director, Revenue Performance – Revenue Management Consolidated Center Asia Pacific (RMCC APAC) will play a key role in driving Hilton’s commercial success across the region by partnering closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations to deliver actionable insights and impactful revenue strategies.
The critical part of this role is to lead the transition of non‑RMCC hotels and all new pipeline hotels in South Asia into the RMCC network, ensuring smooth integration, capability building, and sustained performance improvement. This includes hands‑on engagement for a minimum of 90 days per transition, guiding each property through the process with robust knowledge transfer, system alignment, and commercial readiness.
The role will work in close collaboration with the RMCC APAC leadership to ensure revenue and yield policies are effectively implemented across the region. This includes accountability for, but not limited to, fair market share, RGI, forecast accuracy, sell‑out efficiency, year‑over‑year growth, and mix of business. To drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue, and profits from all hotels and to deliver Hilton’s mission relating to profit, people, customer, and quality.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
RMCC Adoption & Integration
- Proactively target and lead all India cluster managed hotels into the RMCC network within six months.
- Lead the adoption of all pipeline hotels and non‑RMCC hotels in South Asia region into the RMCC network.
- Build and align on a clear transition roadmap. Develop a defined plan, in collaboration with RMCC, outlining timelines for moving hotels into the RMCC structure.
- Ensure full alignment with the Regional Commercial Director and Senior Director, RMCC APAC throughout planning and decision‑making.
- Provide hands‑on support for a minimum of 90 days per property during the transition.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Own and drive performance outcome across the given portfolio, with regular check‑ins and analysis of RPI and RevPAR trends.
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with hotel teams to implement corrective strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to drive RMCC value proposition.
- Lead an ongoing review process to help property teams identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue for transient, group, and catering segments.
- Align with RMCC and the Analytics team to implement systems and processes that monitor pricing policies and determine required changes to drive performance.
Stakeholder Management and Team Engagement
- Establish, enhance and maintain productive, quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with area and regional stakeholders, VP of Ops and General Managers to understand requirements and business needs from the revenue function.
- Attend and contribute to regional meetings to deliver information, progress updates and participate in the development of plans and strategies.
- Initiate and lead projects to drive knowledge, capability and performance of the region.
- Provide training and coaching to hotel team, current and new RMCC team members to improve performance and to meet the current and future needs of the business.
