Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting invites a Workday Talent & Performance Senior/Lead Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent & Performance modules across India. You will configure core components, manage security roles, reports and dashboards, and collaborate with client teams to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions.

The role emphasizes health checks, optimization roadmaps, and strong communication to align stakeholder

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant.
• Configure and support core Talent & Performance components, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Reviews, Feedback, Development Plans, and related talent processes.
• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support Talent & Performance processes.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of WebServices and solution design approaches around them.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
