Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd in India seeks a Workday Finance Integration Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in Workday Integrations. You will design, develop, and support Workday Finance Integrations, interfacing Workday with external financial systems.

You will work with Finance stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, design effective integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
• Hands-on experience working on Workday Financials Integrations.
• Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and integration solutions.
• Experience with finance-related integrations (suppliers, customers, accounts, payments, banking, FA).
• Must have worked on end-to-end Workday implementation projects and deployment.
• Active Workday Integration certification is mandatory.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate into integration solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in integrations.
• Knowledge of web services and data exchange formats (XML, JSON, XSLT).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable communicator and problem solver.

Job description

A Workday Finance Integration Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in Workday Integrations, with hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday Finance Integrations . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and experience working on finance‑related integrations between Workday Financials and external systems.

Skills and Qualification

3–6 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant .

Hands‑on experience working on Workday Financials Integrations , integrating Workday with external financial systems and applications.

Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and other complex integration solutions .

Experience working on finance‑related integrations involving areas such as Suppliers, Customers, Accounts, Expenses, Payments, Banking, or Financial Accounting.

Must have worked on end‑to‑end Workday implementation projects and have hands‑on experience in the deployment process.

Active Workday Integration certification is mandatory.

Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, Finance stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday integration solutions.

Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate Workday functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client’s expected business results.

Optimize and maintain Workday integrations, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with applicable standards.

Conduct health checks for clients already live on Workday and identify opportunities for integration optimization.

In‑depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.

Strong knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML and JSON , including data transformation using XSLT .

Good knowledge of Advanced and BIRT reports and their use in integration development.

Experience in integrating Workday with third‑party financial systems and external applications.

Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.

Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.

Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively.
