EZE Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a Workday Integration Lead/Architect with 5–7 years of experience to analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HR solutions for diverse clients across India.

You will collaborate with client teams, HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust configurations, ensuring secure, compliant Workday operations and delivering optimal business results.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Workday Integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio and third-party payroll integrations.
• End-to-end Workday implementation experience and deployment proficiency.
• Active Workday certification is mandatory.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into configurations.
• Knowledge of Web Services and data formats (XML/JSON) and data transformation (XSLT).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test and deploy Workday HR solutions to meet client requirements.

• Optimize and maintain the Workday system ensuring data integrity and security.

Job description

A Workday Integration Lead / Architect with 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.

Skills and Qualification

• 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions.
  
• Must have worked on End-to-end implementation workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.
  
• Active Workday certification is mandatory.
  
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client\'s business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client\'s expected business result.
  
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
  
• Strong knowledge of working with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.
  
• Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.
  
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
  
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
  
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
