EZE Cloud is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Senior/Lead Consultant with 4+ years of experience to implement, configure, and support Workday Talent & Performance modules across India.

You will handle configurations, security roles, reports, and dashboards; collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions; and ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience handling Workday Talent and Performance configurations and workflows.
• Experience configuring security roles, reports, and dashboards for Talent & Performance.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support core Talent & Performance components (Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Reviews, Feedback, Development Plans).
• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Utilize consulting abilities to integrate Workday functionalities into the client’s business ecosystem.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system ensuring data integrity and security.

Job Summary

A Workday Talent & Performance Senior/Lead Consultant with 4+ years of experience and expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent & Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling Workday Talent and Performance configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support core Talent & Performance components, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Reviews, Feedback, Development Plans, and related talent processes.
• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support Talent & Performance processes.
• Collaborate with the Clients Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the clients expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize time effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
