Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting is hiring a Workday Finance Integration Consultant with 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday Finance Integrations across India. You will collaborate with client teams, implement end‑to‑end Workday solutions, and ensure data integrity and security.

A Workday Integration certification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of Web Services, XML/JSON, XSLT, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Financials Integrations and integrating Workday with external financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and other complex integration solutions.
• Experience on finance‑related integrations involving Suppliers, Customers, Accounts, Expenses, Payments, Banking, or Financial Accounting.
• End‑to‑end Workday implementation experience and deployment know‑how.
• Active Workday Integration certification is mandatory.
• Ability to gather requirements from clients and translate into integration designs.
• Knowledge of Web Services and data exchange formats (XML, JSON) with data transformation using XSLT.
• Experience with Advanced and BIRT reports in integration development.
• Experience integrating Workday with third‑party financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, Finance stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday integration solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations for data accuracy, security, and performance.
• Perform health checks for live Workday environments and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with standards and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Absorb new technologies quickly and communicate effectively with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and experience working on finance‑related integrations between Workday Financials and external systems.

Skills and Qualification

Hands‑on experience working on Workday Financials Integrations , integrating Workday with external financial systems and applications.

Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and other complex integration solutions .

Experience working on finance‑related integrations involving areas such as Suppliers, Customers, Accounts, Expenses, Payments, Banking, or Financial Accounting.

Must have worked on end‑to‑end Workday implementation projects and have hands‑on experience in the deployment process.

Active Workday Integration certification is mandatory.

Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, Finance stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday integration solutions.

Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate Workday functionalities into the client’s business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client’s expected business results.

Optimize and maintain Workday integrations, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with applicable standards.

Conduct health checks for clients already live on Workday and identify opportunities for integration optimization.

In‑depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.

Strong knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML and JSON , including data transformation using XSLT .

Good knowledge of Advanced and BIRT reports and their use in integration development.

Experience in integrating Workday with third‑party financial systems and external applications.

Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.

Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
