Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant / Senior Consultant with 3+ years of experience to lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Workday Benefits module. You will configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, and life-cycle processes, and collaborate with clients to deliver practical solutions across India.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, proven experience in end-to-end Workday

• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations and production support engagements.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefits providers and payroll systems is preferred.

Job description

A Workday Benefits Consultant / Senior Consultant with 3+ years of experience specializing in the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Workday Benefits module. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in benefits administration, plan configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and Workday Benefits best practices.

Skills and Qualification

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Benefits Consultant.
• Configure and maintain Workday Benefits functionalities, including benefit plans, plan types, coverage options, eligibility rules, and enrollment events.
• Configure benefits business processes, including open enrollment, life event changes, new hire enrollment, and benefits eligibility.
• Active Workday Benefits certification.
• Provide functional support and best practice recommendations across benefits administration, plan configuration, enrollment processes, and employee benefits management.
• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations, tenant enhancements, testing activities, and production support engagements.
• Configure benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefit offerings, based on client requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data while supporting compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support solution reviews and system health assessments for existing Workday customers, identifying opportunities to streamline benefits processes and improve system adoption.
• Strong understanding of Workday Benefits configuration, eligibility and enrollment rules, benefit event processing, dependent and beneficiary management, and Benefits Business Process Framework.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefits providers, insurance carriers, and payroll systems is preferred.
• Experience with EIBs, Workday Web Services, and benefits-related reporting is an added advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn new Workday capabilities and effectively apply them to client requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within project timelines.
