Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd seeks a Workday Recruiting Senior Consultant to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting across Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Management, and Career Site configurations.

You will configure business processes, workflows, and automation to enhance hiring efficiency, deliver recruiting analytics, and ensure data security and compliance. Strong communication and multi-client management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Recruiting Consultant.
• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting functionalities, including Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Management, Offer Processes, and Career Site configurations.
• Configure recruiting-related business processes, approval workflows, candidate stages, and automation to improve hiring efficiency and user experience.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations across hiring workflows, recruiting operations, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Support end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations, tenant enhancements, testing activities, and production support engagements.
• Develop and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into hiring performance and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and consistency of recruiting data while supporting compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct solution reviews and system health assessments for existing Workday customers, identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve adoption.
• Strong understanding of Recruiting Business Process Framework, Candidate Experience, Career Sites, Offer Management, and Recruiting Security architecture.
• Knowledge of EIBs, Workday Web Services, and integration touchpoints between Recruiting and downstream HCM processes is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new Workday capabilities and effectively apply them to client requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and trusted advisor.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
