Responsibilities

• Analyze client recruiting needs and translate requirements into Workday Recruiting configuration and process recommendations.
• Support implementation workstreams for Workday HCM solutions, including recruiting process setup, testing, and issue resolution.
• Configure recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate stages, and related security roles within Workday.
• Interpret client feedback and data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements to talent acquisition workflows.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, walkthroughs, and training materials for system adoption and day-to-day use.
• Coordinate defect tracking, status updates, and task follow-up across project workstreams.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and support decisions during design and deployment activities.
• Review assigned work for accuracy and consistency with firm methodology and Workday leading practices.
• Mentor junior team members on task execution, documentation, and issue triage within recruiting activities.

Job description

As a Workday Recruiting Senior Associate you will support client needs through Workday human capital consulting, helping clients optimize recruiting processes, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for smooth adoption of Workday HCM applications. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations while developing your personal brand, technical skills, and understanding of the broader business context within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client requirements, interpret data to inform recommendations, and contribute to delivery of work that aligns with project objectives and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client recruiting needs and translating requirements into Workday Recruiting configuration and process recommendations
• Supporting implementation workstreams for Workday Human Capital solutions, including recruiting process setup, testing, and issue resolution

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
