Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional specializing in payroll, statutory compliance, employee taxation, and HR operations. The role involves handling large employee databases with accuracy and timely payroll delivery.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with EPF/ESIC/PT and labour laws, and coordinate with finance for MIS reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and salary administration.
• Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT and Labour laws.
• Understanding of income tax and TDS processes.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll and validate attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage statutory compliances including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and settlements.
• Handle employee taxation, investment declarations, proof verification, TDS computation, and Form 16 activities.
• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and payroll reconciliations with Finance.
• Maintain payroll and compliance records for audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll and validate attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage statutory compliances including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, and Full & Final settlements.
• Handle employee taxation, investment declarations, proof verification, TDS computation, and Form 16-related activities.
• Prepare monthly payroll MIS, reports, and payroll reconciliations with Finance.
• Maintain payroll and compliance records for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate actuarial valuation of Gratuity and Leave Encashment liabilities.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, taxation, statutory benefits, and payroll processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance filings while maintaining statutory records.
