Job summary

Writer Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with strong BPO recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for voice and non-voice processes in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on bulk hiring, targets, and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will source candidates through multiple channels, screen and interview, coordinate rounds with Operations, and maintain an ongoing pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BPO recruitment.
• Strong experience in bulk/BPO hiring.
• Experience hiring for voice, non-voice, customer service and sales profiles.
• Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight timelines.
• Good follow-up, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Customer Service roles.
• Handle bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, sales and support processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview rounds with Operations and hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates against open requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation and joining formalities.
• Track offer-to-join ratio and ensure maximum joining conversion.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Work closely with Operations to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins and campus/virtual hiring initiatives.
