India Filings Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, and related roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social channels, referrals, and more.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in BPO or Inside Sales hiring is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, and other business roles.
• Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist the best talent.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality recruitment within timelines.
