Job summary

Trimurti Iml Solutions in Gujarat is seeking a Warehouse/Store Manager to oversee overall store and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of materials. You will maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, manage ERP/WMS records, and lead a team to meet safety and SOP standards; focus on reducing costs and improving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store and warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward material movements.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Plan warehouse space utilization for efficient storage and easy material accessibility.
• Supervise loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and store personnel.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and obsolete inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch timelines, and productivity.
